Hey! I’m looking for a roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment with for November 1st. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing.
A little about me — I’m an early riser and work for the Federal Government. I work hybrid, splitting my time between working from home and going into the office. I’m generally pretty quiet but also like being social.
The apartment is fully furnished, with the exception of the bedroom, so you would just need to furnish your own room.
Rent: $783.39/month
Hydro: Usually less than $50 during the winter, and around $80 during the summer
Internet: Around $100/month, split between us
Parking: Available for an additional cost
