I am a friendly and considerate person who rents 2 rooms on the second floor of my home. The room has a queen sized bed, futon to sit on, desk and dresser. On the main floor is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room. There is a backyard and deck available for your use. As I have allergies there is no smoking (cigarettes, pot, vaping) anywhere on the property. We also don't cook with curry or chili as they bother my allergies.
