Hi there. I’m currently planning on moving out of Kingston due to work. I would like to sublet my room in the university district for 737/month, with utilities and other costs adding just around 100$ extra.
The house has 4 others staying, all in school and males as well.
It is the only room on the downstairs floor, and is right next to both the kitchen and downstairs washroom.
There is also an upstairs washroom with a shower.
House comes with both a washer and a dryer, in the basement level.
It is right on the corner of princess and Frontenac Street, so it is within great distance to campus, as well as any stores and such.
