Looking for someone to take over the last 8 months of a 12-month lease (Sept 2026–Apr 2027) ASAP as my daughter is transferring universities.
Large room in an amazing location right off of downtown, behind Balzac's and Lay low. It's:
- about a 10-15 minute walk from Queen’s University campus
- right near Metro and Stages
- next to a bunch of bus stations.
About the house:
- 3 floor, 6-bedroom, 2-bath
- All girls
- $850/ month which includes water and hydro.
- Laundry + washing machine included
- Parking available upon request.
Overall it's a beautiful, spacious house and a great location. With a property management company who are great to deal with so transfer should be smooth and easy.
The large couch in the room and an IKEA MALM desk are also available to come with the room. As is a brand new Queen sized Ghostbed mattress from Costco only slept in a few days.
