1 room and 1 bathroom only shared with 1 person for rent. Utilities/Parking spot/Storage space/Wifi are all included. Basement space, kitchen, and living room are shared spaces with me. I will be living in the master bedroom which has a bathroom of its own, so you will share bathroom with only one other person. Room is completely empty for your personal setup, but I can easily bring the double sized mattress and a desk to you. Length of rental period is flexible with minimum 6 months stay and 1 month notice before vacating. Please message to ask any questions and arrange a showing.

I’m quite lenient about tenants having guest/significant other/family member visit, even for few days.
