Roommate Wanted – 2 Bed / 1 Bath Upper Duplex (Starting January 1st!)
I’m looking for 1 roommate to take the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom apartment this January. It’s the upper unit of a duplex on a quiet street near downtown Kingston, about a 15-minute walk to Queen’s and super close to Metro and other spots. I currently live here and am staying on the lease.
The place has a great kitchen, cozy living room, lots of natural light, and an awesome rooftop deck for hanging out. The common areas are furnished, and the bedroom is unfurnished.
Looking for someone who’s clean, easygoing, and friendly, ideally a grad student or young professional working in town.
Details:
– Rent: $1,180/month + shared electricity
– Water, heat, A/C, and internet are all included
– In-unit laundry (no coins needed!)
– Street parking only
– No pets or smoking
– Located at 272 Raglan Road (just off Division)
If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to shoot me a message! Happy to send more info or set up a time to view the place.
