Selling my 2019 Harley-Davidson FXDR 114 in Vivid Black, with only 6,800 km.
The FXDR 114 was not designed to be just another traditional Harley cruiser. Harley-Davidson developed it as a high-performance power cruiser inspired by drag-racing motorcycles, combining the massive torque of the Milwaukee-Eight 114 with a lightweight chassis, aggressive geometry, premium suspension and weight-saving aluminum and composite components.
Harley-Davidson specifically designed the FXDR around maximum performance with minimum weight. It features an aluminum swingarm and subframe, lightweight wheels and composite components to reduce weight and improve acceleration, braking and handling. Harley described the FXDR as being fast on the straights and agile in the corners, with more lean angle than any other Softail model at the time. (Freedom Harley-Davidson)
The 114 was also the most powerful engine offered in Harley-Davidson’s Softail chassis at the time, producing up to 119 ft-lb of torque at 3,500 rpm in the U.S. specification. (Harley-Davidson Media Site)
A SHORT-RUN HARLEY
The FXDR 114 was introduced for 2019, continued into 2020, and Harley-Davidson discontinued the model for the 2021 model year. That makes this part of a very short production run for one of Harley’s most performance-oriented Softails. (Harley-Davidson Media Site)
