This CS 27 was purchased from the original owner and hauled out of the water and under went a two year refit. Over 23k$ spent on the refit for launch in 2020. -New standing rigging
-New Main Sail and all running rigging
-All Electrical, wiring, new panels, galvanic isolator.
-New Trudesign thru hulls.
-All new plumbing, hoses, pressure pump, faucets.
-Holding and water tanks removed, CLEANED, and rethreaded. New sanitary piping. New Head.
-New instruments (chart plotter, AIS receiver, depth, speed, wind)
-New upholstery and curtains.
-New head Bomar Hatch and all windows
-New Origo stove (NOT pressure alcohol)
-New galley framing and most teak replaced.
-Most new canvas for dodger and Bimini. New windows in dodger and new roof of dodger.
-New Autohelm (actually two auto tiller helms)
-New Gori folding prop and cutlass bearing. Shaft removed and trued.
-New alternator and batteries
There may be more to add but you get the idea. This boat was refitted. All lines back to the cockpit. The diesel is a great little Yanmar YSE8 which has been inspected by the former Yanmar rep for Eastern Canada--runs well with about 650 -700 hours on it.
