Overview:
“The Reshow Super USB Cassette Capture is a portable tape player and audio converter designed to play standard cassette tapes and digitize them into MP3 or digital formats via a USB connection to a PC or laptop.
Core Functions: Acts as a retro Walkman-style personal cassette player while featuring a USB output port to transfer analog tape audio to computers using conversion software like Audacity.
Key Features: Includes auto-reverse functionality, stereo playback, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and flexible power options via USB or AA batteries.”
I installed two AA batteries and the unit played my commercial cassette tape perfectly using my Bose headphones. All the other functions (rewind and fast forward) work as well. I did not test the digitizing function, but judging by the excellent condition of the unit, I have no doubt that they work.
