I bought it 2 years ago for my wife and I to live in while I was working remotely. Had the safety done at time of purchase it is road worthy and a great tow feels like nothing at 4500lbs. Everything works great a/c, fridge, freezer, furnace, stove , burners , microwave, hot water heater all the lights and water pump. It has a 12’ slide in good working order that goes out 2 1/2 feet making it very roomy inside. 20’ Awning in great shape opens and closes no problem no rips or tears. No leaks anywhere in camper. It sleeps 6 with one big master bedroom. Most of the camper runs on both electricity and propane. Shower, toilet all sinks and taps working great. Only downside to the camper is basic cosmetic things. Also comes with storm windows for every window.
